Trying to provide a resolution for the new year 2020 ?How about with a much healthier way of eating. There is so many different types of diets to choose from these days, which one to choose from. We all can agree that eating fresh and organic foods is much healthier for you. You are probably thinking who has time to cook, well I can understand that all to well. I am working a full time job and a part time job while trying to start an online business. I am not a professional trainer, but do know one. I am not a chef, but love to cook, it’s a hobby of mine and I do love the art behind it. What I am trying to do here, is to bring you healthier idea’s. I will do my very best to add content to this site, when I have a spare moment. I want to bring that healthy alterative to you, whether you are looking for something new, to lose weight, something with a low carb diet or even a high protein diet. What I am trying to do here is to give you as much information as possible so that you may find something that fits your lifestyle. Here is a list of what I have learned not to eat, pretty much carbs. 1. Soda 2 . Anything that has sugar 3. Bread 4. Pasta This will help you manage your type 2 diabetes and weight loss. Something to think about here, it takes 3,500 calories to burn away 1 pound of body fat. So that in mind, think about how many calories you are about to eat and then plan an activity that will help you burn those calories rather then storing them. Now if you are weight lifting you will need a moderate amount of carbs in your diet as well. Building muscle mass, you can build 2 pounds of muscle per month. So yes its possible to turn your fat into muscle with the right type of food and the will power to create your specialized routine.
